You are to make a blog posting either weekly or from each content section which ever is appropriate. Click here for the Blog Posting Rubric.

You may use this blog for other classes also as long as the content is professionally prepared.

After your blog is setup, go to www.feedjit.com, create an account and add a cluster map to your blog. This will show you where your readers are from.

On October 26th, the Architecture 1 class started their group design projects. This year I have chosen for the class to design "State Park" style cabins to go into our "Project Jekyll" development. These houses are a small two bedroom weekend rental cabin that fits the design guidelines for the Jekyll Island Re-development.

The Class is divided into teams that work together to produce a design, detailed floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, elevations and wall section. Then they will develop framing plans and build a scale balsa model of their design.

The project must be completed by Friday, Dec. 11th at which time the groups will present their design ideas to a panel of judges.
